- Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in the field of finance and accounting and Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw (fluency in French and English)
- For 9 years she worked in the audit and business advisory departments of the international consulting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and EY, where she participated in the audit of the financial statements of many companies and capital groups prepared in accordance with Polish accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards
- She has led advisory projects on improving operational efficiency, developing financial models and forecasts, sales strategies, developing accounting processes
- Justyna has participated in advisory projects for some of Poland’s largest companies in the fuel and chemical industries, and has carried out due diligence and merger projects, where she was responsible for preparing clients for mergers in the area of accounting
- She has practical experience in the preparation of financial statements according to IFRS where she managed their preparation in a capital group of nine companies. She prepared consolidated financial statements in English and French. She is familiar with the Viareport consolidation tool
- Justyna has extensive experience in implementing accounting systems, having implemented the Netsuite system (Oracle) in two companies belonging to international groups and operating on the Polish market in the IT sector in order for them to meet the requirements of Polish reporting.
