The data are processed in connection with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO). Recipients of the data may be entities authorized to do so under the law. Data will be stored for 5 years after the completion of financial review activities. In the case of other financial services, the data will be stored only for the period necessary for the performance of the service or for a later period to document the completed order. You have the right to request from the controller access to your data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing or to object to processing, as well as to data portability on the basis of and in accordance with Articles 15-22 RODO. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of your data by the controller to the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl).
