- He conducted audits and reviews of financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish accounting principles and international standards for financial reporting of companies and capital groups from various sectors, including real estate, investment funds, leasing and factoring companies, and banks
- He participated in various advisory projects, including accounting consulting projects and due diligence, as well as initial public offers (IPO)
- Sławek was also involved in reviews of the risk management system set-up at investment fund companies
- In addition to consulting, he also gained experience working as a financial director in a non-profit company in Detroit, USA
