- Polish Chartered Accountant No. 13573 – Member of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors
- ACCA Member. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), with degrees in Finance and Accounting as well as Management and Marketing
- Has 17 years of professional experience in the financial sector, including 8 years working as an auditor at EY and other audit firms
- Conducted audits and reviews of financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for companies and capital groups across various sectors, including real estate, retail, marketing, as well as investment funds, leasing and factoring companies, banks, and insurance institutions
- Gained experience in accounting and financial advisory projects, including accounting consultancy and due diligence engagements
- For over five years served as Director of the Accounting Operations and Process Automation Department within several companies of the Generali Polska Group – one of the leading insurance institutions in Europe. His responsibilities included finance and accounting matters related to strategic projects (including mergers and acquisitions), implementation of key IT systems, ongoing automation and improvement of operational processes, and supervision of month-end closing and financial reporting processes
